It fits up to a 17 inch laptop plus a few more of your essentials. It has a detachable sling strap and a trolley sleeve on the back that helps you conveniently fit the bag on your stroller suitcase. Kalamkari is a century old art form from the villages of Andhra Pradesh, it features intricate paintings created using the ‘Kalam’ a pen made from bamboo fibre. These paintings are made using natural colours extracted from plants. Each painting goes through an elaborate making process starting from preparing the cloth, outlining, dyeing to colour filling.

REFUNDS and RETURNS

We are an artisanal brand and all our products are handmade by artisans at the very grassroots level. We make all the efforts to ensure quality standards are maintained and are unable to offer No Questions Asked Refunds or Returns. 

In the rare event that you receive a wrong product, a product with a manufacturing defect, or a damaged item, then, we will replace it free of charge. We will arrange the pick-up and dispatch the replacement upon receiving the products at our warehouse.

On the rare occasion that you may wish to return or exchange a product, the following policies apply:-

• Kindly note, as a company policy, we do not make cash refunds. We are happy to offer you a refund in the form of a store credit or a coupon code which can be redeemed on our online store within a period of 30 days.
• Please note that any additional charges, such as COD charges or shipping fees are not reimbursed.
• International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

EXCHANGES

We try our best to give you all the information about our products, sizing, materials when you make your purchase. However, in a one-off case that you may need to exchange a product, please note:

If you need to exchange a size, please raise a request by an email to care@abigindianstory.com  We'll arrange the pick-up and dispatch the desired size replacement upon receiving the products at our warehouse. (not applicable for sale items)

For exchanges, the product must be unused and in its original packaging with the product tags intact. Please ensure to return the order along with any gift/freebie you might have received with the pair.

Exchanges can only offered ONE time.

For bags, return pickups or exchanges, there may be logistics fees chargeable as bags are voluminous and return logistics partners charge us very highly for returns.

**Products bought as part of a set, combo or duo cannot be returned/ exchanged individually.

** Products on sale cannot be returned or exchanged. In some cases, we may make an exception however the return logistics charges will be borne by the customer.

RAISE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE REQUEST 

If you need to raise a return or exchange request, please do so within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please note:

• Product must be in its original condition, unused, and free from any damages.
• Product should be in the original packaging with tags intact.
• Items purchased on sale or at a discounted price are not eligible for exchange

CANCELLATIONS

If for some reason you need to cancel your order, please let us know within 24 hours and we will initiate the process. Store credit will be issued for the value of the order. Please note that we are unable to offer cash refunds due to the time, effort and artisanal labour that goes into the making of each product. 

The company reserves the right to accept or reject any order cancellation request.

FREE GIFTS / PROMOTIONAL OFFERS

Any free gifts / vouchers may be sent separately or along with the product, depending on stock availability. The company reserves the right to change the freebies or offers depending on availability.
